Day 2

What a morning! Tried signing on to the computer this morning, only to discover that there was a problem that was keeping me from connecting to the internet. I had to call the customer service department at Compaq so that I could try and figure out the situation. I was on the phone with them for about 2 hours. I am so happy that the situation has been taken care of. Now that the problem has been fixed, here's what happened to me this morning...

Yesterday, I was a little worried that I hadn't made a bowel movement yesterday. I had read about so many people who experienced 1-3 bowel movements within minutes of doing the salt water flush for the first time. I was not quite sure why I hadn't made a bowel movement yesterday, but I had read about a few people who were in the same situation I was in. Did I make a bowel movement this morning??? No, I did not make A bowel movement. I made 4 before 11:00. Here's what happened:

6:00 a.m.
Woke up, drank 1 quart of salt water. Shortly afterward, I passed gas. It was kind of bubbly, to say the least. Deep down, I knew something would happen a little later on and wanted to be sure that I was near a toilet.

7:20 a.m. Left the house for a few minutes to walk my son down the street to his bus stop. While waiting for the bus, I felt the urge to pass gas. After thinking about it for a few seconds, I decided that maybe it would be best to keep it inside, because I wasn't quite sure if it was gas or something else...

7:45 a.m. After seeing my son off to school, I came back home. I still felt that urge to pass gas, to just to be on the safe side, I sat on the toilet. I am happy I did. I made a bowel movement, but it came out in liquid form. Although it looked like diarrhea, I read that it actually isn't. It is actually the toxins, bowels, and water being released all at the same time. It definitely didn't feel as if I had diarrhea. Usually, when I've had diarrhea in the past, my stomach ached profusely and I experienced cramps and feelings of discomfort. Not the case in this situation. I simply sat on the toilet passed by bowels with ease.

7:55 a.m. Shortly after my first bowel movement, I experienced yet a second one. I had never experienced having to make a bowel movement shortly after the first one, but nevertheless, here I was on the toilet again. Once again, it came out in the form of a brown liquid along with some other objects. However, the water was too dark, so I couldn't see what it was. Probably some of the "toxins" that I had locked up in my body for so long.

8:05 a.m. I called my husband on his cell phone to tell him the good news. The salt water flush was working and even greater than I even imagined! I raved about the fact that I had already made 2 bowel movements this morning. I also felt an abundance of energy. I feel really great right now. My cravings this morning are not as bad as they were yesterday. Yes, I did see the Fruit Loops sitting on top of the refrigerator, but I didn't really have the desire to eat any of them. I also know that the chips are in the cupboard, but at this point, eating them will make me feel as if I have taken a major step backward. I can't do that. Right now, I only have a desire for salads and carrot juice. My juicer broke, so I will need to invest in another one soon. But I am happy that I am not craving the things I usually crave.

Anyway, while talking with my husband on the phone, I suddenly felt the urge to go again. When I told him this, he was amazed and pretty much as a loss for words. (NOTE: My husband is a skeptic, who believes that I believe anything I read. He didn't feel that the salt water flush and the Master Cleanse was all it was cracked up to be). I went ahead and made my third bowel movement while talking on the phone with him. I asked him if he wanted me to tell him what I saw in the toilet. He declined.

8:30 a.m. Drank my first glass of lemonade this morning. I love the taste and it's great how I made 3 bowel movements before I even had a glass.

9:00 a.m.
So, I am about to log on to the internet to blog about my experiences this morning, and suddenly, I noticed that the computer wasn't working properly. I am going to try and give you the abridged version of this story, since I tend to be long-winded at times. I was on the phone with the man for about 2 hours. Several times, I would perform some kind of function on my computer and he would tell me to restart my computer down, so that the changes could take effect. While the computer was restarting, I suddenly had the urge to go. I said, "Sir, will you please hold on?" He said yes, so I went to the bathroom and made yet another bowel movement. This time, it wasn't a liquid. It was more like a slightly mushy solid. I had absolutely NO problem passing my bowels. I am not sure how many pounds of bowels I dropped today, but I believe I lost at least 1-2 pounds. My stomach, which was bloated prior to taking the bowel movement, is now flatter, and I can actually see traces of my six-pack now. I am not trying to hype this up in any way, and I stand to gain nothing by writing this blog in the first place. However, this is amazing. I have also read about this happening to others as well.

11:25 a.m. Had another glass of lemonade. Very delicious.

11:55 a.m. Had another bowel movement. It was solid. WOW!
